MPIG is formed back in 2014 and is lead by Jonathan de Ho. MPIG aim is to be one of the leading property platform that continuously to provide updates in real estate industry and also new project launching. We have our platforms in Facebook Group "MPIGHOME.com - Malaysia Property Investment Group" at first and then this website platform mpighome.com is published in 2015.

In 2021, I have left MEGA and join IQI Global

​At MEGA, we strongly believe in total commitment to our clients whether corporate or individual. We have been actively involved in the marketing and branding of varieties of properties including residential, industry, commercial, land development and projects. ​

Jonathan de Ho previously have been in Pharmaceutical sales since 2004 with MSD and Sanofi-Aventis. He successful graduate as a Master of Entrepreneurship in 2010 and previously hold Degree in Computer Science. Jonathan have involved in Real Estate industry since 2010 starting with part time negotiator basis. Since then, He has been actively involved and become Full Timer Negotiator in 2011 and at the same time involve in F&B & Child Art Centre business same year together. He has been growing from strength to strength by forming team which is stated as below.

Our History

The team was form back in 2012. Starting with 3 members which have expanded to more than 15 members. Our previous team name is SPIRE which mean Synergize Property Investment in Real Estate. The team is formed by three initial member from Jonathan, Karen & Jackson.

Then it follows by JonSpire Group, which is the expand and leads by Jonathan de Ho. JonSpire Group is a real estate dedicated team that holding the core value of bringing the best to the client.

A Spire, with its reminiscence of the spear point, gives the impression of strength. The second is to reach up toward the skies. Here in JonSpire Group, the team strive to become the top with great depth of team member to serve our clients.

JonSpire Group are a team of professional property negotiator who have the coverage of half of Klang Valley and handling of Real Estate Projects as well.

By chance, Imperium Brothers is formed. Imperium Brothers is a young and dynamic company, and is growing from strength to strength. Imperium Brothers is derived from the word “Imperium”, empire in latin, and “Brothers”, which the company is found by two non-biological brothers. It is basically an introduction of the company that the business is setup by two friends who meet in fate in real estate industry.

The Company is established since Jan 2016, leads by Jonathan de Ho & Edward Tan. The marketing executives in the company have good and encouraging track records. Imperium Brothers is expected to establish its brand name in Malaysian Real Estate industry in the very near future, thanks to the existing and growing support of our client base and business associates locally and internationally.

With about two years of collaboration, we have partner with Property Management Group called MEGA. MEGA is lead by Jonathan de Ho, Weston & Gordon.
